I’m assuming it’ll mean less money for reps. But what is the actual formula and how is it calculated

Hitting another multiplier will not net a rep $400. It will hit you net you 1/10 of your vase commission x your sales dollars multiplier.
Most reps don’t get the current system so they will be sheeple and not realize what is happening
Only voice lines count for new and Renewals. All PT will go towards the bucket as. It’s meant to lower the pay, being that a watch made the company $10 a month with little data while a rep may hit the next multiplier and get a $400 increase. The ROI wasn’t there.
Most don't know how the old one works. It will be so confusing that they will be rolling out the new compensation plan next year ,then maybe the reps will understand. So just concentrate on the unopened fedex boxes, phone content transfers, and knowing the customers passwords, and Apple accounts . You should be fine.
