Is WF still paying $11.50 an hour? It’s no wonder anyone that’s good doesn’t stay and only the mutants stay long term anymore.

Correction wfm minimum is $11 doesn’t mean all states are not higher. Means the lowest is $11in company
Good to see other states are paying better then the Massachusetts stores. No surprise they are struggling to get people in to work and to hold onto any employees. It’s sad to see them slowly burning out all the long term people and just talk to all levels of store workers and hear about how much things s--- now.Meanwhile the regional tools act as if everything is fine Still running under the mentality “Ignore the problem and it will go away”.
My store starts at 12 dollars an hour. Minimum wage in NJ is $8.60
I've only been working in NA a few years and have noticed a decline in TM quality. Wee used to attract people interested in natural foods. Now we are just getting people looking for a job who don't seem interested in organics, natural foods, green living ,etc.
In Massachusetts WF only pays $11.50 minimum wage is $11.00. Have seen a definite decline in qaulity in the TM once minimum wage was only 50¢ less then the starting rate.
nyc It’s $15
Again depends where you at , minimum is $15
What state has $15?
