Can someone explain the new structure, please?

I work in the district that has been running this comp structure as a trial since January 1.
Good news: contracts to hit quota is lower since only phones count toward contracts, it's easier to increase your check by exceeding Sales Bucket target, and no chargebacks on anything but phones
Bad news: most of the stuff that is a sales focus doesn't pay as much towards the bucket.
Once you learn what pays you (tabs, jetpacks, TMP, Hum X) you learn how to readjust your pitch.
They're putting all their eggs in that TMP basket. Asurion ain't doing so well themselves. They lost Walmart as a client (there's the mobile side and a retail side to their business) this year.
If Asurion were to ever lose Verizon as a customer, it would be game over for that company.
Walmart and VZ keep the lights on at Asurion. With WM gone...hmmm
One talk deskphone is 100$ and AR is another 50$ WHP is $200 and one talk app is $50
So only voice lines count for new and Renewals. All PT will go towards the bucket as follows: $50 smartwatch, $50 Hum, $200 Tab, $200 Jetpack, $200 Hum X. $200 for MD and $70 for single line. One Talk is $70 I believe. The bucket is supposed to be 50% TMP, 25% accessories and 25% PT.
