What happened to the GHD? I used to call and get friendly folks who would help me. Now I call and get befuddled people who sound like they never answered a phone before, and more often than not the issue doesn't get resolved. Who exactly is answering these phones?

Okay, so for option 1 items on the phone tree (pw resets, account access), it's outsourced to Unisys. This has been the case for the last couple of years. Anything for cellphones gets routed to the Tangoe folks, and all printer stuff goes to FlexPrint. Everything else is WFM GHD TMs, so internal.

They outsourced way back to an outside company I believe maybe they switched company’s they use to somebody else. The ticketing system on orchard is idiotic and tech support on the phone is just as bad.
