Just getting out of hand. New commission structure expects us to work like slaves but be treated like peasants. Keep an eye out on an escape route.

Stop whining and focus how you get paid?
Reps have legit reason to express displeasure. VZW for years always finds ways for reps to make less money with com plan changes. They did it years back when i worked there and still doing it now. Why a company that continues to rake in profits, continues to reward its shareholders, continues to see its CEO increase his salary and bonuses continue to try to find ways to reduce pay for its workers. Don’t find reasons to defend their actions as there are no reasons to justify it.
Soooo I’ll just chime in here as a rep on the new commissions structure. You really shouldn’t be spending your time whining, and instead focus on how you get paid. Our quota went down , sales dollars went up a bit, duh. My first month out, my check was $4350. It’s not about finding a way to complain if you are a sales person, it’s about finding a way to get paid folks. Good luck out there. Give it a shot, and if you wanna get fired, why did you take the job in the first place?
Whatever, im going to do the bare minimum dince i pretty much depend on my hourly. I will continue to call out shady reps and document, do when i goe fired for underpreforming, ill have unemployment and a case against the corruption of leadership, mgmt and reps. And id never look back
Treated like a peasant is correct, and not to mention the HR nightmare that occurs in thr stores, s-xual harrassment from GMs and DMs, and high school gossip that occurs in stores. I kept my mouth shut to get paid, but now theyre cutting commission and leaving us in our toxic enviroment to slowly rot?
After 11 years, im finally ready to leave, but id rather get termed for unemployment benefits. Plz vzw, fire me. Pleaseee

The bottom reps will stay. The ones who live off hourly. The top reps will continue to leave as Vzw slowly moves from retail. This is the plan. The glory days of retail are long gone folks. Lol at vzw with their stock rewards. They were smart. Make it public and seem as though they are doing right for the employees but most/many will not make it to 2 years to receive their HUGE(sarcasm) payout
