They need to outsource retail. It adds no value to the operation. Any monkey can sell at a reseller for less and much will be sold online anyway. I have even seen our services sold out of tents. Why bother with stores at all. Call center people, field people, programmers, engineers etc. service and maintain the network and its customers keep these people happy and properly trained and things will run smoothly.
Absolutely correct! If you think Lowell and the rest of senior management comes to this board for information on how to run the company, you are sadly mistaken.
If you don't like the provided clothing, you don't like the sales targets, you don't like the commission structure, you don't like the sales tactics, you don't like dealing with older folks, you don't like providing customer service, you don't like management, you don't like the company, and therefore you are totally unhappy, then quit and find another job that makes you happy. Complaining about it on this board is not going to resolve anything.

World altering problems? Shady sales tactics and dishonesty were bound to catch up with anyone in retail who is based off commission. Great news is Costco starts at $14 an hour and you can now go make an honest living without peddling garbage consumers don’t need. Enjoy your self inflicted wounds!
