Going Union

Here in Salem, NH. I’m seriously considering signing a union card, how is it done? Now that our money is in jeopardy it’s time stick it to them.

Ha ha. The only one who gets stuck is you paying union dues and still getting the boot. The union needs new guys so they can be sacrificed in negotiations for the old guys.

Hey, last night I left my barn door open and my horse ran away. If I close the door now, will my horse magically reappear in his stall?

I was an Everett rep as well. I went on strike sure i lost pay but their were bigger things at stake and more important matters at hand. Some stuff in life is worth standing up for and fighting for. Now granted the store closed i ended up finding myself at a different employer before that happened and couldn’t be happier where i am today. Wasn’t the plan but it worked out for me. Regardless if i could go back i would do it all over again.

Former Everett rep. How did that work out for you? Joined the union. Lost thousands of dollars on strike and then the store was closed. Seems like a great idea.

Join the union. Please we need your money. We will take your money and deliver nothing in return. So if you like lower and lower paychecks, we are for you.

You reap what you sow. The fact that you are "considering it" is proof you don't have what it takes. Weak wills are what the company wants. They will use you as they see fit. You should have signed a card a decade or more ago. To late now enjoy your reaming.

Too late, that ship has already sailed. The time to do it was back at the start.
