an Indian manager drives a whole team (not in India and not of Indian descent and not male) to voluntarily resign from targeted workloading and he gets budget to build a new team in India of his choosing instead of getting in trouble. long live Indian managers, super asslicking skills execs can't live without.

Best model for outsourcing is the technologically competent teams in US properly control and monitor the outsourced work. Indian management are non technical and they do more people management. Show me a director or VP levels in India and I will show you a technically incompetent arselicker who knows how to manage his top brass. Dell has no option but to outsource and given that case they should cut down management layers in India and invest on engineers.

Companies don't care. They just want cheap cheap cheap labour to maximize profit and sell there products and services at premium price. No ones care about the customer anymore.

Well, I have been reading negative articles on India, Indian developers and India managers for last 15 years or so. In the same period, I have seen outsourcing in India grow manifold.
