Fire the useless leaders (directors, AVPs and VPs) in IT department. Most of them are good for nothing people and not even qualified to be in that role. Very demotivating set of management for the IT workforce. As I’ve said to you before, I don’t care if you like Kool-Aid, Kook-Aid, Coke, a Pepsi, Sprite, or Ba-Ba-Boey on the rocks. I sign the pay checks. By the way, regardless of your title I can make you clean the bathrooms if I do so desire- your on my dime folks. So put those heads down - and start hitting a few keys, while I hit” a few clubs in the LBZ.

Who cares if they have useless VPs or not? This company is getting sold. Hello????? Why don't people get that? No one is trying to save the company. They just want to make it look more profitable so they can sell. Stop with the, "They should fire so and so, they are useless." They are firing everyone....eventually.
But does it have to be specific to just IT? What about all the pre JZ Senior Diectors/VPs in existence?
