It was originally announced that July they would go CAO. This announcement was made by management at Mondelez. Since then it has been hush hush. One division is testing CAO and has been. Rolling out slowly.

When is Kroger suppose t9 hit CAO....

our region there is no talk of Kroger going CAO. Walmart just started this week for us.

What he meant to say was,”CAO will replace dsd”! It’s about cost savings and increasing profitability, not hard to understand! Our conference call it was said by the RVP that CAO will be really good when there are sales reps on short term disability??? There was a problem with the conference call and the facilitators could not get on so RVP had to start it off, haha! Seems a bit drastic! They are scrambling to find excuses. End of the day CAO is about cost savings! WM and Kroger wants the margins back on our product so they can be competitive in the retail arena, which has become quite a bit different! Won’t last till 2019 in my opinion, once Kroger has CAO mastered we will be done!

Just had our conference call for CAO. it wasnt sean harkins but it was the other VP talking. he made the comment "the cao has proven and will be the better order writer than any human" then i think he quickly realized what he said and moved on to the next point.

Sales Reps won't need to tweak orders anymore after the program has mastered the stores. and to think kroger is on its way to CAO for vendors as well.

Any claim made in regards to Mondelez remaining dsd is a joke! Not in this environment. As far as guarantees, here’s one....Keebler isn’t getting back into dsd! Not today, tomorrow, or any day! This is a guarantee!!
