Verizon Wireless Customer Service Representative Salary Info

Just wanted to see if anyone is up for discussing the comp (source below) - I know that VZ has many faces, there are geograpicall differences, etc.

The typical Verizon Wireless Customer Service Representative salary for 2018 is $32,145. CSR salaries at Verizon Wireless can range from $26,067 - $63,163. This estimate is based upon **397 VZ CSR salary reports provided by employees or estimated based upon statistical methods.

When factoring in bonuses and additional compensation, a Customer Service Representative at Verizon Wireless can expect to make an average total pay of $32,565.

the call centers dont deserve squat. ots not hard to do that job. all they do is say, go into the store they will help you....hey mr customer service rep, my screen went out....oh sorry to hear that go into the store and get a sim card. our call center reps s---!!!

In reality, the numbers are about 20% higher - not sure how glassdoor got this range, but the numbers are off and are higher.

I am not a corp shill, just stating what I know.

Funny. The wireline side makes about 50000 yet verizon will say they make 175000 after all is said and done.
