IMHO, both procrastination and laziness are core traits of the executive management at Intel. I wander if there are any hidden benefits associated with this behaviour, I am just trying to figure out what is this happening and I am unable to come up with anything. Anyone? Laziness? How about procrastination?

If they would only offer me a package. Please, pretty please.....
Sick indeed. Lazy, no. Sick, yes.
The only thing they are good at are firing older, dedicated employees who earned their keep and higher pay rate. This is natural in any company. If you do a good job, you are rewarded with promotions, raises, and bonuses. You stay with that company because they like your work and reward you. It takes an evil person like BK not to even consider these people's skills before bluntly firing them based on false reviews. This is sick and it will happen again.
Disagree on them being lazy. They’re actively and enthusiastically doing all kinds of wrong things. Like firing people based on age, and discriminatory hiring & promoting. The quota numbers aren’t being released for a reason.
