How are you guys dealing with the Tech Coach option for setting up a customers device once they have upgraded?

Customers don't use tech coach, they just come back to the store. It's a joke! Most of us still set up in store, we have so few customers, what difference does it make? We're also being hounded about at home trade ins, we are being tracked and coached if we don't do at home trade ins. Do you all see the writing on the wall? Make customers do all their own stuff and there's no need for a store.
I barely do setup later. I just make sure I click activate now and business as usual. You know we can't mess up a made up metric
