It’s super hard to get fired from WF. Unless you are one of the people who is constantly calling out sick or late. You can be a terrible TM but if you show up that’s good enough.
I can’t wait for the day something comes down with the bs of people who’ve been fired over the past 2 years with no real paper trail. That class action suit is going to be epic. Conscious crapitism at its finest.
I've seen good people get fired over bs just because some do gooder called the 1-800 number without going to leadership first. So just make sure your problem with the TL is an actual real one before you do anything. Bunch of Goddamn social justice warriors at whole foods.
It’s a bussiness it’s not about what’s best for you it’s about what’s best for the company\Leadership. If they are doing something illegal document everything in emails Incase you ever need a lawyer. If they are targeting you document it say you want copies of all write ups. The tip line is a waste of time cover yourself.
