How can a ptc be let go before invoice clerk? Our clerk has maybe 1 hour of work a day.

Have the announced ptc gone or is this more speculation?

This is one area that will be a disaster, I’m not even a PTC but the computer doesn’t talk and will be confusing for most associates to comprehend. Managers will be clueless and not be able to assist the associates.

It’s over for ptcs as of yesterday. Workday is the new system taking over and ptcs are out. No telling what happens next. Good luck everyone!

And no offense to Membership team lead, but how did they stay before a ptc?!? Don’t get that one at all

Remember that audit had 3-4 full time associates, including lead.

Cash office had 2 full time associates including lead and one part time associate.

Only one PTC in a club so severance

should not be a big financial hit.

Have had two orientations with the new process. Lucky if you can get the CM to come in and say hello.

GCC manager tries to pawn off on “Safety “ associate. “Too busy”.

Well then they will be waiting a long time. No one is walking out. They will loose more by not eleminating long time ptc, rec clerk and mtl. Believe me none of them are making $11 an hour.

Keep on working guys and gals. Make them pay Be it through working or elemination $$$

I agree with they will try to get all out of position without paying severance. Hoping we will walk.

I believe that having dealt with the last few long term associate severance payouts (Audit, Accounting) they are reluctant to keep offering them. They would rather make the job unbearable for people encouraging them to leave and retire and then they will simply not replace them. I know that holding out for an offer is the only option for most people who want to leave but I don't expect it to come.
