Has anyone heard anything about the potential for reps being laid off?

When they closed stores, the reps were laid off. So if they close stores, the reps are done there.
What do you think the new comp plan is for? Good luck getting your random walk in phone adds with T-Mobile slapping us around and every kid having a phone these days.
They will NOT lay off reps. Maybe close some stores here and there but not lay-off off reps. It’s easier to just PIP them out and raise quotas so high, you leave on your own and they replace you will someone who doesn’t know any better. The days of making $80-$100k is over. Verizon wants people in the $55k area. Just raise quotas and those that are used to making more will voluntarily leave.
Why would they lay anyone off in sales? Just PIP em out don't have to pay severance.
