Thread regarding Bank of America layoffs

What goes around comes around

I was laid off and am employed full time at another company. The bank has come back to me twice so far with new opportunities and they seem genuinely befuddled why I won't consider returning. They are not the only game in town and now that they have laid off a significant population of qualified resources and are struggling to get the work done with the remaining kiss a$$ managers, they are going after the resources let go who were actually productive. No thank you, not interested in returning to a toxic environment with back stabbing and dim witted managers.

It's really nice to know that the stupid layoff decisions actually have consequences sometime. Thanks for sharing, @Twlj81X-1mag.

Well.... my story is quite similar as well. I was laid off 2 years ago or so. Was employed shortly after my layoff. Even the WORST day at my current job, so far, is at least 5X better than my average day ( during the last few years) at the bank. Not having to constantly deal with all the B.S. and nonsense, and BAD BAD management....

Heard lots of stories like this and they all have the same theme...the grass really can be greener on the other side.
