Thread regarding Allstate Corp. layoffs

GHRN Processor timeline info

The GHRN processor work does begin transitioning on 6/18, however, all the tasks and work associated with this role will not be fully transitioned to ABO until the week of September 10th.

The tasks are going be moved over in phases. During the first phase, GHRN processor work in the CSA will continue unaffected. When we begin the second phase at the end of July, the processor tasks will incrementally be added to ABO every two weeks reaching a steady state on September 10th. Until we’ve achieved steady state with ABO, have our new inquiry line established and the processor inquiry calls moved out of the CSA, the processors in the CSA would be expected to handle business as usual and continue working on pending assignments.

Anyone that wants to can participate on these boards. It just shouldn’t be a forum to educate or prepare plaintiff lawyers, or it’s just a front.

honestly, i read state farm's board all the time - sometimes they confuse me with acronyms - i wold not be surprised if i was to learn that @4ucl is not an allstate employee - just saying, give her or him a break

Wrong. It will still handle 15-20% of our repairs.

I guess it doesn’t matter what GHRN is after Sept 10.

Since no one will be in Good Hands.. 😂

I am in HO but not in claims. I post 20 internal acronyms too.

Still you did not answer my question.

It depends. If it’s an Allstate employee, who isn’t from Claims or is new and doesn’t know the acronyms, it’s a legitimate question. If it’s a troll from outside the organization (plaintiff attorneys trolling for leads), none of your business.

Why would you say that? I know what CSA is but I don't know what GHRN or ABO is. Not everyone knows everything about the company. I haven't been here that long.
