I agree with you that if you have a 20 year badge you basically have a target on your back. As for the $11 pay hike costing the company money, the nearly 10, 000 employees let go when 63 clubs were closed should help offset that.
Wish my CM would be fired. He walks around here acting like a God. Don’t you dare ask him for help. God forbid if he’s the only coach in the club. You are SOL. Works MAYBE 6 hours a day. Does nothing but nag and nitpick. Desperate for a change!
The company is still hurting because of the 11.00 an hour hike, plus some mgrs were making to much money, they want the younger generation to come in. Look out if your at the 20 yr mark, your a target to get fired for no reason.
How on earth does the CM in Lansing still have a job?
In other words, the Home Office hamstrings the clubs by implementing ridiculous policies and eliminating positions and when the clubs don't succeed they need to blame the CM.

All these new replacement managers are clueless. There is so much favoritism it’s not even funny anymore. I’ve went to club manager to no veil, where is one to go for outside help!
So many other cm's should be fired as well. Too comfortable and complacent in their positions. Several work only 24-30 hours a week and get paid $100,000 plus. Seriously? Nit picking....not so much as being held in check for their jobs. Good riddance to those who think they are untouchable.
No Market Manager in region so the one from west Michigan has been in nit picking at everything. Trying to make all the club managers look bad in the other region.

Hummm maybe he should get his managers out of the office. Anyone can be a d--k to the hourlys, but when it comes to this salaried managers untouchable. My opinion the whole damn management staff should be gone....
Well that is what happens when their clubs do poorly
maybe he will shake things up at the DCs . They load so poorly it looks like we are getting shipments from the dump.
