His current EA didn’t get replaced by his OLD admin. Someone else was demoted to open a desk for her ....and don’t kid yourself There would be no cost savings - I’m betting that it is the exact opposite. Not to mention the fact she is collecting retirement benefits from when she left our company last year.
An EA demoted to the DB, two AAs fired to make room for her and APs old EA in DZs office - this is improving org health how? All this does is prove once again how the food chain flows. You should all be ashamed of yourselves - this is disgusting.
Got say, I laugh every time I read him referred to as AlPo.
Word is that AlPo laid off his EXecutive Assistant yesterday and brought in his old EA from TCPL...likely at a huge salary discount. Two senior EA's were also laid off in DB. The cost cutting continues.
