How is the new commission structure working for you guys?

I watched my quota go up 50 percent from last month. I knew the first month would be a softball pitch
I've been on the new commission structure since January, as our district was on it as a trial before the whole company moved to it. It's been a nightmare, nobody in the district making money or hitting numbers. Was told directly by DM that the goal was to have our payout at 115-120% of our base commission, and that those days off winfall are over. Basically told quotas will be adjusted up or down untill they average out about that number.
The quota for August was raised by 68percent at our location from July so start forgetting your 6k checks and win falls and how great the commission structure is while working for lazy, overpaid, I (have 3 day weekend in retail)( Managers and never a Sunday for GMs!
What is this windfall I keep reading about no rep in NYM has ever said that word, 6k commission s not likely when you reach 200 percent they cap you! All fake!
Quota is going to increase as they normalize for TMP collections as well as open enrollment leading into September. Not only that, even the slower stores are averaging an $8,000 bucket but that's expected to jump up to around $12,000 once we start getting closer to holidays. Phone quota didn't increase more than 2-3 boxes at our store but we're seeing the bucket creep for good reason.
Annnnd my quota shot way the hell up, phone adds are 38 up from 24, renews 86 up from 64 and bucket is over 14000, up from 9400, there goes my money, mgr says expect higher next month and there after, quotas set low so we could make money and now they are going to screw us.
Capped out. I found it extremely easy to succeed, just need to tailor your approach. Renew tabs, jetty's, etc. If they want to disconnect it, see if they'd use something else for that line. Had a couple ellipsis 8s turn to jetpacks.

Pacing to make more this month than I have in any other month, and I don’t slam customers. Anyone that whines about this probably just slams phone boxes which is not what you’re paid to do.
Of course its commission fraud? How are VZW workers so dense?
Does the directive being giving sound suspicious? If the answer is yes then it is fraud.
Our region is investigating people with high tmp-md numbers. We were told it can only be added if processing a transaction ( new/upgrade) on the account, seems like many reps were just trolling accounts and adding it on, supposedly people can be let go for this, they are saying it's commission fraud.
Maybe if you get a ton of TMP/MD opportunities but I imagine they'll curtail that shortly. New structure isn't designed to make us more money. I'm on vacation and ended up 90% sales bucket and not hitting my phone adds.
New structure is a joke. So easy to make money. Haven’t had an amazing month and pacing 6k before win fall. Just hoping it stays similar.
Took away all the extra adds then my quota went up...
Phone multiplier is tough. In the past, we can add one talk, jet packs, tablets, watches to reach our next multiplier. Now, we have to sell phones only. To make money, you need to become an outside sales rep.
