H1B's are also offered relo to Indian BoA IT Centers.
Every one is equally dispensable at BAC. H1B's are under more scrutiny due to the additional costs needed every year to retain them. There have been several mandates to curtail and even justify necessity every year. hard nosed non believers never want the facts! It is always someone else's fault.

One of my friend got laid off around 2 years back...they gave him 8 weeks of salary but he had around 3-4 years with Bank.
