Thread regarding Oracle Corp. layoffs

..ORCL stock appears increasingly irrelevant....

".....For many investors, Oracle Corporation (NYSE:ORCL) is an aging institution in a rapidly evolving technology sector. While no one questions their technical and business acumen, ORCL stock appears increasingly irrelevant. This is especially the case due to new-guard competitors, such as salesforce.com, inc. (NASDAQ:CRM) and Amazon.com, Inc. (NASDAQ:AMZN), dominating the cloud....."

...But at the end of the day, it’s performance that matters to shareholders. This is where ORCL stock gets dicey for prospective buyers. We all know that Amazon is enjoying yet another brilliant showing in 2018. Microsoft shares are up 17% year-to-date. Even boring SAP has gained nearly 6%.

ORCL stock? Databasing and cloud-computing is all it does, and yet shares are disappointingly down almost 4% YTD.....

The audits. The dead on arrivals or no planned implementations. The sneak pass the customer skus approach to have them purchased something they didn’t know. Cloud credits. Lack of visibility into our numbers. Changing how we report our numbers. All signs. Signs of trying to obstruct what is really happening at the big O. It’s all catching up now. Analysts and investors are asking the right questions. Oracle will get one pass and one pass only. Q1. Q1 will predict the rise or the fall of what will happens in Oracles history books.

It'a all over with at Oracle. LE, MH and SC may try to BS their way around the analysts, but at the end of the day, the quarterly results will show the truth of what is going on.

Those of us who know what is happening internally at Oracle, know that there will not be any recovery for Oracle.

The quarterly results will eventually prove, what we already know is true, to the outside world.

Oracle is running out of money to prop the game up. There was a great debt chart in one of the articles posted here. Clearly, the end is near.

If you are a competent employee, get out now, there are much better places to work, where people will appreciate your talent and skills.
