How are you going to teach when they hardly have time for Orientation? Feel bad for the associates who come and ask questions about their 401k, are they penalized if they take out money

before they are 59 1/2, can they change their contribution, what is the critical illness by Allstate ? ( at one time we had AFLAC). All I can suggest is every associate get on the WIRE and learn where you can get your answers while your PTC

is still there and hopefully your club has very a knowledgeable associate.

Just ask your manager what a c11 and c240 are. If they aren’t filled out and sent in on time we get fined. This is going to be very entertaining.

Have not had a backup PTC in over

15 years. Can’ wait to see what happens. Every state is different when it come to state forms, wage verification for motor vehicle accidents, one year of wages on worker comp claims ( NY), social

services forms, etc. Good. Luck to all.

Disaster can’t wait to see this, do they really think management can pick up this area. Hell they can’t even answer calls now about any associate issues now.
