Thread regarding Sam's Club layoffs

Why stop at wireless?

Here is an idea..why doesn't the company eliminate pharmacy jobs and have CVS or Rite Aid take over that area, or Sara Lee the bakery, Giant for grocery, Kay jewelers for jewelry, TruValue for seasonal, Lens Crafters for optical, Pep boys for tires and Po'Boys for cafe. That way they would only have to have one manager and a maintenence person.....Oh maybe I should'nt give any ideas

..

The way they run wireless is crazy. They are always pulling wireless people to cover the door, checkout or zoning. Members stop at wireless and there's nobody there. They do the same with Electronics and then wonder why sales of extended warranties are down.

Service is terrible. management is tripping over dollars looking for pennies.

It's what all retail is doing. Welcome to the new reality. Target pharmacy merged with CVS several years ago..its not just Sam's Club trying to survive the new way of retail shopping .

You do realize you work in...wait for it... Retail! Get over it or go to Indeed.com and find a new job.
