What are you NOT supposed to do in sales? I dont even know the difference between shady and ethical anymore.

Verizon sales techniques are the shadiest and that’s the way we are trained. Oh, you found out that your customer is spending too much on their bill? Why not change their plan and sneak in a few HUM’s and an Apple Watch and tell them they’re getting this great deal because they’re a loyal customer. And you wonder why our stores are so empty. Customers are sick of being scammed by people they thought were being honest to them.
Don’t disagree with your GM. She knows everything and if you disagree shady behavior begins. Shady overall...
