Heard the CQ cams are being paid as much as 2.5 X the base pay as entry level cams. Why the discrepancy for the same job???

Cams at CQ. actually do their jobs. here they don;t.
Carquest always paid more, that's why advance bought them out.
Most CQ CAMS are lazy and are on borrowed time. CQ DC managers know the clock is ticking. once APEX is switch they will go bye...bye!!! The VPs in position with little to no automotive industri knowledge will be the next round of turnover. Seems like we employee puppets and if they do take risks it's unnecessary movements. The best part use to be our people....now it's watching RVP VPO VPPs struggle for power. I got my recliner and popcorn ready!

It’s not special. The CQ guys are paid more since they actually have the ability to sell auto parts.
