Has anyone heard that the gm supports are going away like the food supports

Still not in this store. In fact they have been trying to hire another one due to the last one being fired due to s-xual harassment. No one wants the position because you get treated like c-ap by most asm and co. The people that are supposed to be zoning and helping customers get pulled to throw truck and freight daily. You end up zoning most of the store by yourself and doing the dms jobs because they do not finish their duties daily. As well as covering service areas like sporting goods and hardware fabric ect...
Then you have to run a register or cover electronics or doors. As a gm support you are the dog that they all scream at. Even then you have to have your job completed daily as well as all the other task your handed. The asm could not do your job and they know it.

Our store had the GM Support position posted as open in the Career Preference last week. Our GM support may have moved to Fresh Cap Supervisor but not sure. I don't think they would post the position if it was going away but you never know with Walmart .
