Thread regarding Sears layoffs

Lies

We all know Eddie Lambert are selling profitable stores so when bankruptcy happens the rest get crap. Also forcing service employee's out the door with stupid write ups. So that way no unemployment. No dummy here. CYA

Well.... I'm a SHOS owner. Three stores in fact. Mr Lampert I am banging my head against the wall everyday trying to figure out how to steal market share. I have outlasted many FL store mangers who told the service techs I wouldn't be around in 5 years. I'm going on 23. That guy.... gone. We have Husqvarna as we are out of the non-comp radius that Lowe's holds. I sell that Orange Tractor, and walk-behind. And every time my three stores do that I steal market share from lowes. I say I "because I own this place". Ya I'm small potatoes; I'm like that kid on the playground that just keeps beating the bigger guys cuz I'm nimble.... We're a "cottage"industry. I adapt. Bad news. Lack of free delivery, at least bi-monthly is damaging my brand. Do something about it. WE CANNOT have a rogue coalition create an upwelling and walk over to a competitor. Keep us healthy and we are loyal. Also, we have stores clear across the US. I started out as a Sears Catalog owner. A small catalog store. But I supplied all kinds of merchandise that people wanted. It all flowed into the store twice a week in bulk packed in totes. We assorted in bins called the customer and they came in to pick up. You figure out how to roll product into our stores THREE days a week at cheaper than WALMART prices and you do that across the hinterland and YOU are it. Why do we as consumers need to walk into some behemoth building to buy a TV. IT'S about the price not the warehouse club. Help the owners create An Apple like store experience in a COOL small footprint with freight delivery 3 times a week and you hurt Walmart. And you get great press. Oh and pay a tiny dividend on SHOS stock. I own 3300 shares. Make that happen and you stick your finger in Brian the jerk Sozzi's eye.

The data from SYW, yeah why don’t you share that with us? Oh wait, it was shared on the last quarterly report, STILL losing money by the truckload while more and more vendors abandon Sears. Crawl back in your hole “Eddie”.

U4HmoLB-dta - Hi !!

@U4HmoLB-pet My salary from sHLD is in fact, $1.00 which I spend at a Kmart in the keys.

@U4HmoLB-ubw I never cannibalized any assets. I pumped a fortune in to SHLD. I lost billions even when you account for what I sold offf via seritage etc.

Look guys, we are not going to have as many stores. That’s a fact, but we have all the customers we will ever need already. We are going to be the biggest eTailer in history.

Go to our website, search for products and see what we sell online. You will be blown away. Those who stay with SHLD will be rewarded. We will succeed where others have failed.

Royalties from Craftsman, the data from SYW, all of those are hitting critical mass. I will unshackle the kenmore and diehard names next. This combined with our strategic partnership with Amazon will propel the transformation going forward.

Hang in there, the transformation is almost complete.

Actually Eddie made most of those loans to SHLD thru his hedge fund. They are secured loans which means there are assets backing them that he can take (should he not be able to pay his own loan back to himself). So “no” it’s not paying his salary Eddie is rear ending Sears much harder than just taking a pay check. The reason he delays bankruptcy? To implement his plans to squeeze more of Sears into his pocket, once he’s done, it will over then.

Lol you think that his salary is what Eddie is worried about. He's not a wage slave like the rest of us, he's trying to canablize the assets that are left.

: @U4HmoLB So true

There is no turn around plan

All those loans are going to pay the bloated salaries of his and his few at the top

If the loans were for store operations the store level wd not be running on a skeleton crew
