A touch of class from the BoD management team. Always looking after their people and the main reason I love working there. It’s like being in one big happy family
As always it’s the individual little things that differentiate Baker from “the others”. For instance, at the BoD just before Easter, our supervisor always gives us a Christmas Hamper containing a single dry red rose for our significant other.
