I tried interviewing at 4-5 different companies and failed to clear any of them Either I am stupid or need more preparation. Lets form study group. Current target is to interview within intel and jump within the company. What do you guys think ??

What is your field ? I would want to join you. I have a strong device Physics knowledge which I will like to revise and maybe learn a few things from you.
People leaving intel now are vetted very carefully, word is out about what is the talent and the deadwood at intel
There appears to be a lot of discrimination. many people have interviewed at about 4 companies on average and received no offers. I'm not sure whether it's because companies are viewing what Krazisnitch said that people were let go for performance issues as true and therefore these companies are risk averse at hiring ex-Intel employees.
There's still time for you and the other kids to get together and put on a musical performance at the Garlic Festival in North Plains. It will do you just as much good and maybe you can meet some girls.

It still could be age discrimination because the companies only want cheap new grads. The market is saturated.
How old are you? It may be age discrimination. The tech industry's notorious for that.
