The cats already out of the bag. Several stores are already being investigated for reps who are processing doa/wfg accessory exchanges mutlitple times at once, or going as far as to even process exchanges when the customer isn’t even present in order to gain sales dollar revenue in their sales bucket. This is fact since every time you process an accessory exchange you’re paid sales dollars to your bucket as if it were the original purchase. Good luck to all. This came from upper management btw.

Yea same thing happens at my location with the tempered glass. I always wondered why some reps are so willing to exchange them. Now I think know why.
No wonder the accessories return bin at my location has been getting more full lately. Some products visibly unused right off the sales floor.
Process an exchange and look at your product attainment. Managers in meetings about same day returns today for reps processing multiples accessory returns in the same day.
Fact. someone fired today because of this.

@gry, you my friend are the asshat, look at the m and p, you do not get paid anything for an exchange, unless you are billing out more $ than is being returned. The only way to get paid is do a full refund and then bill out the new accessories on a separate order. And I'm making over $3000 a month in commission, so shove it up your a__ , slammer

No you only get paid if you completed return the accessories, then resell the accessories in a new transaction. I hope this helps your sales dollars ;).
@U7qrW9Z-gry you’re a peasant, and the fact that you didn’t know this leads me to believe that you probably never check your product sales dollar attainment through CCRS which in return means you probably don’t ever make more than $1200 every statement.

You are paid nothing for an even exchange!!! You only get paid if new accessories are more money, and then you only get paid on the difference between the return and the new accessories.
