Wonder if all those call centers that closed last year would have still closed had you guys been Union for all these years? Oh well back to having no voice on the job!

Who is the retail director for the store or stores that went Union in PA? Good for them!! Show your courage and take a stand! The Union is your best chance when dealing with this joke of a company. The Union is well aware of your rights and Verizon’s massive coverups... Good luck!

Are you joking? Verizon retail employees are so overpaid.

What other retail business offers at least $50k a year with excellent medical and a 6% 401k match plus profit sharing?

Your high...

You will never get anywhere being a lackey. Put up the good fight. If they close you down so what? They would likely anyway and in a nonunion job you are expendable anyway. The last thing they want to do is pay you well and provide decent benefits. You wont get that without a fight. Look at the rest of the non-union world working for a pittance and fighting each other like Mumbai prostitutes for the next trick.

It won't make any difference. Retail is dead.

Good for them. At least man up and put up some sort of fight. It not as if they will keep the store open if it isn't union essentially all of the closed stores but 1 or 2 were scab stores.

The stress that this company goes through all because workers want a voice on the job is hilarious. Maybe if you actually didn’t go out of your way to screw over front line workers and took care of them they wouldn’t need a Union.
