It is the people who make an org. Oracle india has become like a political party - talk a lot and do less.
Oracle is corrupt everywhere. Don't accept a job at Oracle.
At least the compliance cases create new jobs for hiring compliance counsel for the cover up operations.

Oracle India is back again in the news for a wrong reason. Compliance, mis-use of funds and now for leadership. What I hear is many of the good talents have left Oracle India to the competition and now they are left with the dead woods. They are losing the CRM market and soon the DB market and they never been in the ERP or HCM space though. All the best !
From what I've seen on glassdoor, the top complaint from India staff is a lack of "hikes" (pay raises)
Oracle offer is bad. I accept smaller offer from Amazon. They way better. Everyone knows.
