Remember the old song 'In Crowd'.... You have job security if you hob knob with the GM and his AM ...Go party and keep you job...Quid Quo Pro running wild in club... Some of the "in" associates don't do much and spend time in receiving on their Phones, BSing, and generaly doing nothing during their full time position, maybe getting OT for doing it. Sometimes sitting in the office with a manager shooting the breeze. The only AM who showed any empathy for associates was forced out of the club. Will start playing that song in Club loud and proud.

Most of the jobs are easy enough. You should be able to hang out for a few hours. If you cant, your probably just slow at your job
Same here , we have the “ In People “ here too . It’s really bad . They all spend half there shifts outside on smoke breaks ...... and they don’t even smoke
I'm with you there. If you're not a team lead, or part of the "in crowd" you're nothing. No matter the work that you do, they'll always find something to harp on you for. There's nothing we can do about it either. Everyday I go to work and see that going on. It's sickening.
