Its true, what Mark said at the recent "fireside team talk group hug session" was that after our divestiture package release finalizes we can begin to come upstream and be bold and synergize our core value strategy for the long term and not just concentrate on the low hanging fruit.

We can reign in our audit integrity to managable levels and concentrate on restructuring our profit making towards incentive based compensation levels once again.

The recent "goodwill" merit increases of 0% to all our global employees after 10 years of stagnation will just go to show how we are going about restructuring Weatherford from the top up and focusing the profits on the core executive group-

The share value is still at the anticipointment stage but when the asset write off or turnover happens we can release more working capitol into the pool and generate confidence once again and turn this company around to meet the upcoming inflow of exciting new projects that the new agile Weatherford can meet head on acorss the board with the right tools.

So lets all centre round the core values and get on the right bandwidth and start forward planning to de risk our high net worth new generation management team and unleash them on the opportunities that are on the way.

Im confident as all the management team are, that we can sail into new waters and map new territory, hopefully all the remaining team are onboard with us striving to excellence.

So heres to blue skies, as we reach out and push the envelope, and heres to more abstract jargon from the management team to make up for lack of substance.

As i like to say, lets get up early with boots on the ground and lets go and crunch some snails, as you all know, its a long worm that ahs no turning...........

I was told on the conference call it's a great deal for employees. It could pick up once Weatherfords "divestitures" finalize.

Get all those employees and overhead off the books & it could easily be worth that of a Subway sandwich. Sure many will lose their jobs but 1 Weatherford has talent!

I prefer to continue to sit here and just watch the share price increase, after all that is what management told me would happen if I just gave a bit more. Sure glad my paycheck and my future is tied to this company.
