I was approached for the same contract position by 3 different partners. One was offering 85, other was offering 114 and the third one was offering 108 per hour. I was not interested at that moment but would like to know how to work and get the best deal from these so called preffered partners in the future ?

$100 / hour for what exactly? That seems to be a very high number for an IT type of role.
Work with the one that’s paying the most. You are the one doing the actual work, so the job is the same no matter what. Get the $ for the job. They are charging the customer 3-4x what they pay you.
