Herd closures was based on volume. Clubs that brought in $$$ would stay open.
@1tjn recently remodeled club here, photo is alive and well here.
New and remodeled club do not have photo. Haven't had a photo dept in my club for over a year now.
As well as doing the new layouts and resets for those categories.
Technology Team Lead should be responsible for categories 3, 5, 6, 20, 29, 31, 61, 64, 74 and 86. Auditing, merchandising and stocking these areas as well as performing the Own Your Inventory every single day on these categories. Photo and Wireless are pretty much irrelevant and have been for years now.
Oh no, what will we do without photo. The biggest waste of payroll. Our tech teamlead, all he does is photo. Hopefully he steps down and we can get someone who will want to make a difference not just s spineless man child
