HR and ER can be overhauld 100% 10x's over. Result will be the same. They work for Nike.
What about ageism? Lots of that happens and is still happening. As soon as they see your years of service at Nike the door is shut.
Not in all cases but a majority . There are still pockets of good leaders.
HR and ER need a complete over haul. A few places to start is with the managers doing the hiring . They stack the deck with their manager friends and sway the panel.
Do something with the out dated CFE... Coaching for Excellence. Forced rankings at the end of the year. HR denies it but that’s BS. Good luck with the changes...... what now?
