How many like the new payroll accountability protocol. Just like LP. Level 1 if over 4 week’s and increases by a level each 4 week’s. Only fairness is that DL gets on accounability too when a store hits level 2.

I am in the same market. DL told me the entire region’s DL group got put on performance management via a webex. Real bunch of winners we got running VA!
Happening in east market in Virginia. We get written up first week of being over. This is hilarious. Divisional guy has lost his mind.
Don’t know about this specifically, but they do have the payroll focus store metric. Is that what you are are referring to? I believe it’s one of 7 areas they look at including markdowns, LP level etc. Next to each focus area they point the DM towards the required action - Coach, recognize, counsel. I haven’t heard of any write-ups for it at least in my district.

Not happening yet where I am, never heard of this. Where is this policy written? Maybe just a Regional Manager implemented for his area because every district going over.

Where is this stated as a policy? Must be an RD policy. Haven't seen this implemented at all where I am.
