Thread regarding Sam's Club layoffs

There is a Storm Coming!!!!

There is no matter what Trolls might believe , a Storm Coming and a day of reckoning!

For Years if unfair, hypocritical practices, pathetic Wages. No COL adjustments

Current Management looks like the children’s hour! They are a Joke! YALL

will see that soon enough!

The only real question is one you should ask These Leaders of this coming wreck...

How did you ever really believe you could enrich yourselves, take so much from us. Our dignity, self respect and believe you could leave so few crumbs for the rest of US to fight over. It will soon all be laid bare..

Your Greed will guarantee we Win Representation!! This type of Leadership begs a Union. Now is the time. If not now when? If not us then who would stand up to this tidal wave of incompetent , vicious Management, and poor treatment of Associates. We have no one else to speak for us.. when we tried You simply as Leadership did not Listen. But you will soon hear All of Us across this SAMs Club now!

Soon ! Very Very Soon!

To our Brothers and Sisters !!

Be Strong !

There is no substitute for Victory!!!!

UNION YES

You guys should probably read company news. They are already testing automation that replaces people picking for OGP.

Cashiers will be next. DCs shortly after.

Unions just make it happen faster in my opinion.

People just trying to scare those who want a union. Those opposing are the ones who don’t work and others do their work. Either way the company is going down hill and fast, may as well go out with the UNION.

Walmart will close down before bargaining with a union. Fire everyone and open the next day under a new name.

Boohoo.

Nobody will vote to pay union dues.

What? Do you think associates will sign up just to scru with Home Office? Doubtful. People tend to be attached to their cash.

15 Years and I guarantee you I would sign up tomorrow . Contrary to beliefs the Activity is occurring in several Ckubs in the Market. I will tell you I know for a fact if a Vote were to be held in my Club Today it would be 3/1 in favor of a Union. No drama just fact.

Truth is, does not matter who is doing the speaking. We are in a bad way. Been a 23 year Associate and until this past year I never would have signed on to a Union. We are NE in our Club and there is lots of talk.

Big problem is inexperienced management .

Current bosses do not care about us. We need someone to go to. No more HR. Market Mngr is a jerk . I’m All In!!

I was referring to the comment made by UDSKx60 who seems to think he/she speaks for everyone.

Really? And you speak for everyone? Who are you? People like you are why they're getting away with it. Now go back to watching Batman.

Are you campaigning for a union or re-enacting Catwoman’s speech from The Dark Knight Rises?

Look, folks can’t afford union dues. They are poor as it is.

Give it up and go home. Nobody has the stones to vote for this.
