You are along with the board the only power to address the abysmal Leadership from John Furner , Gisel , and in many cases the Market Managers. Associates have no one to go to , no one to trust. Even decent GMs and there are very few of them left, are terrified or no longer care. Don’t you see what is happening ???
We do not want a Union ? But we NEED one now! What we need is Leadership w can all trust . We don’t need Yes Men/ Women who are run over by MM. We need what we had, tough but a Fair Leader in the Clubs.
If this regime stays in power much longer , we will not survive it . At least in no way we recognize. We are really looking not for a Choir Boy, or Saint but people you could go to, who have our backs. You guys let lots of these folks leave the Company. That is what we need Sir. Not a Union , Leadership!
Bring that back to us. Most here are loyal and hardworking , but the CMs and MM now
