Why do people keep blaming there CM for the way things are. CM's are now just yes men who basically don't and won't disagree with anything the MM wants. They are just like most of us afraid to lose there job and they most likely would if they put there own opinion in. This is no more a company where they want associates putting there opinions in its basically do as your told and don't question anything. Market teams come in rip clubs apart and they repeat this on a daily basis and don't realize they are the majority of the problem. Morale is down and most don't give a damn anymore, its a no win situation. The ones who do care haven't been around long enough to see how bad things have gotten and they too one day will look back and say damn look at all the years I wasted working for this company. Sad to see that they the Market Team thinks everyone should put this company above there family and everything in there life like they do but they can go F**K Off. Was it really worth you missing your kids grow up and you missed it all.

is just a terrorist every time he comes in and clubs have never been worse. I’m really not sure what’s going on. Club Manager is Panick stricken so is the team when the MM and Team including Fresh are around. She totally s---s! She is a turd. Fat Lazy

I put family first. Took less pay, but now at home seeing family. It’s good to get $50000+ as Club manager. But money doesn’t replace time with family. I quit for what was important. When Sams appreciates people over greed then things might change in the future, until then, good luck to those who put careers first.
