The sad thing is in some clubs we only have one person. So if you only have a mtl, then really you are a lead over yourself.

That’s correct you don’t need a team lead over marketing with 2 people.
What's the second phase. Wondering if anyone thinks they will restructure teamleads, like maybe combing frontend lead and MTL? Both are not necessary.
