California staff got $0.00 ! Some staff that never worked OT got thousands... staff that worked OT got half of that....no explanation.

As a former employee and frequent poster on this site, I have to say that looking from the outside in after departing to gainfully work for a "real" healthcare company over a month ago, I find these ongoing turns of events startling.. I mean, seeing how bad things deteriorated since early 2016 until now from within was bad, but now seeing it as an "outsider" I can scarcely believe that many of you are still hanging on.. time to go.

Amen to that... all about the $. New CEO here to clean up $... know one cares about the members or us employees. Just put us all out of our misery. Everyone would be better off going with someone else!!!!
I've been reading these things for over a year now and now I'm one of them. Never thought it would happen, but all of the axe men and stooges are in place. Check to check, pitching nickels and dimes at us and bringing in all of the delicious benefits but immediately steal it a way like a thief in the night. Only to leave you hanging in the end. Every person who played their part in this should look at how many lives they are destroying, to make the stock look good only in the end to profit themselves while all of the hard working employees that they pitched the benefits package to cover up the fact of low wages. What a waste of a decade in my life that I have to put back together and rebuild. All of those executives who are going to sell out in the end for blood and sweat of their workforce are shameful dirty humans.

@UEEU8s6-mgf, not looking for names but it would be helpful to have some general info of where this info is coming from like HR communications, other states? If you didn’t make the post how about you leave it up to the poster to elaborate more?
