IBM Australia seeks 'new vision' from employee survey

The “Organisational Culture Inventory” and “Organisational Effectiveness Inventory” asks IBM A/NZ staff

to answer 120 questions about the organization.

120 questions that they want employees to answer? But yet when employees have questions they want the Business to answer or when analysts have questions they want the CFO to answer, only receive boilerplate responses, highly-spun responses, or evasive responses.

It's a trap! Anybody who has the time to answer 120 questions goes straight to the top of the list for the next RA.

IBM managers don't have the technical skill to create or grow the business.

The corruption is corporate-wide with the blessing of the C-suite who look elderly and out of ideas.

Their plan is to siphon money and retire with a huge bonus. In the interim they appease mutual-fund managers with a steady payout ratio by countering declining revenue with layoffs.

It is no surprise that governments who are very skilled at extracting taxes, do nothing to aid the taxpayers who are victims of corrupt boards. Recall the bailouts of 2008.

After six long years of declines, it is critical that an independent management consulting company conduct a performance assessment of IBM management and publish the results for all stakeholders to see.
