Unless you’re salaried, in years past they would take salaried managers from other states to open or reset clubs in California. The bonus for the company is that those managers didn’t receive the same benefits of the California managers. In other words, no comp time hour for hour over forty.

What is fun is probably to 20-40 hours of over time you will get a WEEK plus drive tome and food.... when I helped a grand opening club I got 10 hour for the first half week and 30 hour OT for the second wee.

Nothing fun about wotking your a-- off for a company that uses people up and then lets them go within the next couple of years. You will find out what im talking about. I use to enjoy going and helping other clubs but I seen to many good people thst use to go help lose there jobs. They cared abou the company and was willing to go help when asked but none of that mattered they were given a pissy severance check and let go .
