Change quota so nobody gets paid, doing more work and after the entire retail staff is unhappy I hear there is a survey coming out on leaders. Hey you in the top paying jobs- nobody is happy. Leaders are the face of the company. A survey. Let’s do a survey on the decisions from up above. Want to know the real issues- ask questions instead of finding ways to fire leaders. Backward thinking

I used to make 70k a year. Three years ago. They keep making it harder to make what I made last year. I think they are trying to weed out people who want to make more money so they can get a bunch of college kids happy to make 40k
I have 12 on staff 8 made better than $70k this year... Maybe you just are not good at life there is probably a job out there your more qualified for, like Wendy's

That’s funny but last time I checked Verizon was a well know company and offered tons of vacation and time off. What’s this well known company you work for? You posted this on the regular Verizon board and haven’t answered another persons question either so you’re probably a troll.
Glad I got out 2 months ago... now working at a very well known company where I get tons of vacation and time off, THE MANAGEMENT isn’t incompetent & the salary is at the top of the charts. I get weekends off and my life is AMAZING! I get to spend it with my loved ones.
Y’all gotta get out. Retail is DEAD or DYING as the people have become smarter & they don’t NEED someone to sell them a phone. They order & learn how to use it & guess what IF they don’t....the uber slow retail stores will end up taking their issues & gain nothing in return, but a BAD DAY!
Listen, you guys work for Verizon. Companies will pounce on you because of THAT alone. You know NPS, You know metrics, Goals are what you’re used to... beef up that resume & GET OUT NOW!
