Not much of anything. He'll chat up 5G and some other things. In the end, lot of fluff. He'll ignore most of the questions he asked to have submitted. Bottom line, he's phoning it in until he gets his nice golden parachute. Look for retirement announcement within the next 12 months.

I'd worked with Kyle. He's not a terrible choice.
Kyle appeared dull and unarare of the biz..... certainly not a leader worth his fat paycheck. Doesn't seem to understand wireless at all.... ie. wireless = 85% of our revenue. Good thing David and Nicki were there to save his butt. Another bad promotion. Hans adding more id--ts to his team. Thanks Hans. Are you repeating your poor performance at Ericsson? Bad leader = bad leader. Tigers don't change their stripes.
@1uaf, IMHO, if a lot more people came “up through the ranks” in order to gain positions of more importance, as you champion, with some occasional fresh blood thrown into the mix for some new, outside-the-circle, thinking, I think we would be doing even better than we currently are.
Seems to me, when there’s an overabundance of new, wet behind the ears “talent”, and the seasoned professionals get ignored and take a back seat, we head down destructive paths.
Sorta akin to the Wall Street Whiz Kids who ignored the financial safeguards adherred to by the “old” men and women, and plunged the economy into a decade long abyss.
If I remember correctly I think he started in Customer Service before fast tracking in Engineering. Good to see someone come up through the ranks
