Just curious who got picked for change champions In your clubs?

The hourly associates are the ones who should be upset, not the leads. They are giving LOTS of people access to your confidential information! Ptc’s are trained in the legalities of it all. You get one shady team leader and this company is looking at huge lawsuits! Would you walk up to your lead and give them access to everything in your file? I surely wouldn’t!
What legal purposes ? So is what there doing illegal ? I think its really shadey to train people someones job or illiminate 90% of someones job and not say a f@#$%&g thing to the people , that there job sometime soon will be gone . Who wants to work for a Company like this ? There are so many meetings and calls going on behind everyones back . If you are to move up with this company you have to be shadey too and always watch your back . Who in there right mind wants to do that
Yes? They have not communicated to the ptc’s at ALL!! I’m an assistant and they are Being very sneaky!! Then all you can do is wonder what’s next or who ? Not feeling stable with this company. It would be nice if they would say something in the lines of. We are making changes. But they can’t for legal purposes. They are hanging on to the ptc’s until they are comfortable. Then they will be either part time or eliminated. So sad. But hey ptc’s ? You have many years of experience. Go for it!! You got this !!! Other company’s will take you !!

The company had each club pick an associate to be a “Change Champion “ to help train the team leaders and managers on the new People Modernization Program to be launched Sept 27th. Why not have the PTC do this? They have gone behind PTC’s backs pushing this program out when they finally realized that the PTC would need to be involved because they know all the compliance policies & can understand the transition better than anyone else. Not sure what the role of PTC will be after everyone is trained in the club or if the position will go away. All I can say is that the Home Office Personnel doesn’t know or care to know what goes on in the Clubs. They think If it looks good on paper then it must be the way to change things. This company doesn’t care about the associates well being anymore. They just change things & get rid of associates in certain job positions without blinking an eye! All I can say is wait until it happens to them, karma is a b--ch!

Why do you need more money?
Most reports eliminated and streamlined. You will like the ability
to get rid of your non performing
associate and truly get a strong team together. Yes PTC will most likely be made p/t or eliminated.

Do they really think that the leads have time to do all this extra sh--? We mostly work as hourlys in our departments and do the managers job, most are to lazy to even get calls when associates call them. What a f---ing joke you would have thought they learned something from letting go of audit!!

If you read all the duties of the team leads the ptc position has to be going away.. no where are the leads receiving compensation for all the new task.

It’s not the same as the member champ. The change champ was “appointed” to help us all with Workday and People Modernization, it’s due to launch September 17th I believe
What is a change champion? I've worked at Sam's Club for 16 yrs and I have never heard of that. We have a Member Champion is that the same?
